John Arena is a third generation pizza chef with over 48 years of experience. He is the owner and co-founder of Metro Pizza, a pizzeria with 7 successful locations. Metro Pizza was selected as one of the Top 10 Pizzerias in America in “Everybody Loves Pizza” by Penny Pollack and Jeff Ruby, featured on “Entertainment Tonight” and “Live with Regis and Kathy Lee,” and listed as one of the 10 best pizzerias in the country by USA Today, among other achievements. He is also an avid teacher of the art of making pizza.
